Payments
After making a firm order you have to make payment in advance to our bank account. Once we have received payment, we will prepare and dispatch your order at the next shipping day, see under “Important.”
Once you have executed your payment, please give us a short call at 083 076 0053 in order to speed up the process. We can check payments online.

Free Delivery
If you order for a minimum amount of 1’000 Baht per order, you will get Free Delivery. We ship all over Thailand. The Intex warehouse is located in the center of Chinatown, Bangok. There is virtually no parking space if you think of picking up your product(s) by yourself. Since May 14, 2015 we offer FREE SHIPPING for all our items. Large shipments such as pools are shipped with a transport company, but smaller shipments are sent via registered parcel post Please ask us for a quote to your destination.
Important
Our warehouse dispatches orders usually every Tuesday and Friday. Orders must be paid the day before dispatch by 14:00 at the latest. There is generally a lead time of 2-3 days to prepare your order, so it might be dispatched 2-3 days after your payment, sometimes already the next day.
